The payment went through without any issues, so that part was fine. The order itself was okay... just arrived a bit later than I expected...

"Fast delivery, but I felt a bit misled"
It did arrive quicker than I expected, so I’ll give them that. But i felt a little misled because the details made it seem like the whole experience would be smoother than it actually was.

"Looked better online, honestly"
The product looked decent in the photos, but once it arrived, it felt way cheaper than I expected. The material was thin and the finishing wasn’t very neat, so I was kind of like… make it make sense for the price. It’s not completely unusable, but I definitely expected better and felt a bit disappointed.

"Support came through for me"
I don’t remember every little detail of what went wrong, but I do remember being surprised by how quickly support got back to me. They were easy to deal with and had it fixed fast, so I was happy with the experience.

I got it and it seems genuine to me, the packaging looked fine and the product itself seemed original enough so I don’t really have any complaints.

"Return took a bit, but I got my refund"
I ordered from shopmanzil.com and ended up needing to return one item because the size wasn’t right. The return process was really simple, but I did have to wait a few days to hear back. Once they received the item, the refund took about a week. It wasn’t perfect, but they did follow through with what they said, so I’d give them 4 stars.

"Prices are fine, but not great"
Found a few things that felt like good value, but some prices seemed a bit high for what you actually get. Decent shop overall, just not amazing for deals.

"Pretty easy to use, just a little slow"
I had a decent experience using shopmanzil.com. The site is simple enough, and I found most of what I needed without really getting stuck or anything. Checkout was clear too, so that part was nice. The only thing was, some pages took a bit longer to load, and the menus felt like they could be a little smoother, you know... But overall, it’s a nice site for regular shopping and easy to use.
